Shipping Details

Our aim is to deliver within 28 days of placing your order although most orders are delivered within two weeks. A member of staff will contact you the day after the order is place to arrange delivery. Delivery charge in Zone 1 for orders under €250 is €30 and for orders over €250 we offer a free delivery service. Please contact the shop directly for delivery rates to Zone B (rest of Ireland).

If you need to change the delivery address of your order please contact the sales person. A delivery cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as goods are loaded the evening before. Flowerhill Furniture must be advised of any cancellation of booked deliveries at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
We operate an “all-day” delivery policy, but if you contact us after 10am on the morning of the delivery we can give you the delivery driver’s telephone number. The driver will be able to give you an approximate time for delivery. However, as you can appreciate, circumstances beyond our control such as traffic congestion, breakdowns and inclement weather can play a role in the time of your delivery.
If you require your furniture to be placed in a specific room we are happy to do so, however we cannot accept any liability for any damage to property that might happen therein as a result.

We strongly advise customers, before purchasing furniture, to ensure that the dimensions of their doors, entrance hall and room are suitable for the intended purchase, as we are unable to offer a refund if the items are found unsuitable. If your purchase does not fit we can issue you with a credit note, less a 10% re-stocking fee. Special orders cannot be returned.
